Can You Buy Foot Pain Relief Over The Counter?
Walk down the aisles of any drug store or supermarket and you'll see dozens of products promising to give you relief from foot pain. Pain relieving foot creams, over-the-counter orthotics, even foot alignment socks all offer relief from the terrible burden of foot pain.
Some of these will work-for a while-especially if the source of your problem is something easily fixed, like wearing shoes that are too tight or heels that are too high.
But if the source of your problem is more complex, these over-the-counter products will do little to offer you permanent relief. And in some cases, they may even make things worse-by delaying you from seeking qualified medical care for a condition that will grow worse with time.
When you have persistent and chronic foot pain, toe pain, pain you think is from flat feet or pain from fallen arches, bunions, even ankle pain, knee pain or back pain, this can be a sign that you inherited one of two common, inherited foot structures – the Rothbarts Foot or the PreClinical Clubfoot Deformity.
Both of these foot structures respond very poorly to over-the-counter foot products or even orthotics. They must be treated using a specific therapy developed to effectively treat the Rothbarts Foot and PreClinical Clubfoot Deformity. Doing so will permanently eliminate the painful symptoms that go hand in hand with these abnormal foot structures.
