Why choose Rothbart Proprioceptive Therapy for treating your chronic pain?
If you have been from doctor to doctor, trapped in an endless cycle of therapy and pain management programs, you will be justified in asking why Rothbart Proprioceptive Therapy is any different. Our answer is simple.
Rothbart Proprioceptive Therapy is the only known cure for the Rothbarts Foot and the Preclinical Clubfoot Deformity.
Professor /Dr. Rothbart is the world’s expert on these two devastating foot structures. Through medical research, he discovered the Rothbarts Foot and the Preclinical Clubfoot Deformity and through clinical work, he developed the only therapy that effectively treats them.
Of these two common inherited foot structures, the Preclinical Clubfoot Deformity is by far the more severe. It is a devastating, malignant foot structure that creates chaos and misery in the entire body. ONLY Rothbart Proprioceptive Therapy will correct this foot structure and free you from chronic pain.
All other therapies (including surgery, chiropractic, physical therapy, all alternative therapies, custom made orthotics and one-size-fits-all insoles) only treat symptoms. They do not correct the foot structure. Treating symptoms will leave you in an endless cycle of pain management.
Rothbart Proprioceptive Therapy does not treat pain symptoms. It cures the source of pain. Once the source is cured, the body is able to heal itself. No further treatment is necessary.
Our data show that more than 95% of patients experience dramatic permanent improvements, the majority of whom are now living a life totally free from chronic pain.

Before being accepted as a patient for Rothbart Proprioceptive Therapy, each candidate must supply an initial set of postural photos. Instructions for staging these photos will be provided. If you are not capable of taking these exacting photos yourself, you may be asked to use the services of a professional photographer.
Professor /Dr. Rothbart will use these photos in his analyses of the structural changes that must be made in order for your body to heal. He will then craft a meticulously calculated proprioceptive insole. These prescriptive insoles will be worn in a simple, flat-bottom, non-orthopedic type shoe.
Upon receiving the first set of insoles, a new set of postural photos must be supplied to Professor /Dr. Rothbart in order for him to check the effectiveness of your prescription. The insoles must be worn daily, working towards a minimum of 8 hours a day.
A brief weekly report of your physical condition must be sent to Professor /Dr. Rothbart each Sunday. Using this report, Professor /Dr. Rothbart will determine when your insole prescription must be changed in order to promote further healing. Upon receipt of the second set of insoles, a new set of photos must be taken.
During the course of therapy, you will be required to keep a weekly journal of your perceptions of pain. In addition to offering a deeper level of information to Professor /Dr. Rothbart, many patients find journaling offers great psychological benefits in their journey towards healing.
When Professor /Dr. Rothbart determines that your therapy has reached a maximum level of effectiveness, you will supply a final set of photos to determine whether your new posture has stabilized. When your new posture proves to be stable, your therapy will be complete. The source of your pain will have healed and you will not require any further treatment.

How long does Rothbart Proprioceptive Therapy take?
The length of therapy is dependant on the needs of the individual as determined through our exacting assessment and evaluation process. For most people, an average length of treatment is six to twelve months, but longer treatment may be beneficial for those with more complex physical problems. Successful treatment is the ultimate goal, and time is necessary to win the battle.
Why does Rothbart Proprioceptive Therapy take longer for some people than for others?
Correcting the body’s musculoskeletal structure is a complex process that impacts people physically, emotionally and psychologically. A person’s attitude toward treatment and their commitment to the therapy both impact the treatment plan and how quickly he or she progresses. At the beginning of treatment, the initial assessment defines the treatment plan. As patients progress through treatment, their needs are continually re-evaluated and the treatment plan updated to reflect their changing condition. Ultimately the length of time they spend in therapy is determined by clinical progress.
