Chronic pain has a way of consuming your life. And when you hurt all over, the last thing you want to do is figure out the logistics of where it’s all coming from. That’s what doctors are for, isn’t it? Unfortunately, seeing your doctor sometimes makes a complex problem even more complicated. The reason is because, even though you are put through a plethora of tests and exams, the reality is that your GP probably doesn’t know that pain all over your body can be caused by a problem in your foot.
When you visit your doctor complaining of pain all over, he/she will most likely run a complete blood count, urinalysis, SMA12 (blood enzyme chemistry panel test), X-rays, MRIs, CAT Scan, etc. After not finding anything significantly wrong, you will probably be diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome or the proverbial – It’s psychosomatic, all in your head (or some version thereof).
Pain All Over Your Body Can Be Caused By A Problem In Your Foot
Chances are that in your doctor’s bag of goodies, there is no test for determining if your foot structure is normal. When you have chronic pain all over your body, it can mean that you have a structural problem in your foot that is the culprit creating such system-wide havoc.
The reason that the feet can cause problems all over is because it’s how the feet move that (in large part) determines the posture in your body. And it’s your posture that (in large part) determines the well being of your entire body.
If you have feet that move linearly, you will have good posture. Good posture affects the function of every single cell in your body and greatly contributes to radiant health. Good posture means a body free from chronic muscle and joint pain.
If you have an abnormal foot structure, your feet will move torsionally (they will twist). This will result in bad posture. Bad posture also affects the function of every cell in your body, but in a negative way, and so can definitely cause bad health. Bad posture usually means a body filled with chronic muscle and joint pain.
If you hurt all over, and chronically feel pain all over your body, it’s time to take a closer look at the problem stemming from your feet. Effectively treating your abnormal foot structure may be the key to permanently eliminating your chronic pain.
