At that time – as it is today – there were many different specialties in the practice of medicine talking about how effectively chronic muscle and joint pain can be managed. But no one talked about how chronic muscle and joint pain could be eliminated.
At that time it was believed – as it is by many today – that chronic muscle and joint pain is such a complex a problem that it’s impossible to eliminate it; hence the preoccupation with pain management.
My biggest hurdle has been getting the medical profession to understand that because of my discovery of the common cause of chronic pain and the therapy I developed that effectively treats it, pain elimination is a reality.
Why Is The Medical Community So Resistant To Pain Elimination?
Obviously change does not come about quickly, especially in the medical community. That being said – for reasons beyond my understanding – the more I talk about, the more I publish, the more I present statistical data proving how effective Rothbart Proprioceptive Therapy is in eliminating chronic muscle and joint pain, the more resistance I encounter in the medical arena.
My work is so effective in eliminating chronic pain and I am so confident in the validity of my research and work, that many times over many years, I’ve asked research teams to run clinical studies that would conclusively prove or disprove my work. But instead of taking me up on my offer, all I receive are comments stating that what I claim is impossible.
How does one make sense out of this?
When a solution is offered which resolves one of the most horrific pandemic problems today – chronic muscle and joint pain – one would think that a proposed intervention, which truly works, would garnish a great deal of interest. At least as much interest as when a new drug is engineered to chemically control chronic pain.
The only answer I can come up with revolves around economics.
When it comes to doing medical research or studies on any type of medical intervention, the US government and medical community provide very little funding and the private sector offers little to nothing.
Nowadays, most medical studies are done by Big Pharma. Possibly it’s just not viable for them to provide the funds necessary to investigate a holistic, noninvasive intervention that eliminates chronic pain and does not revolve around the billion dollar-a-year practice of dispensing of patented pain drugs. Certainly this is a sad commentary and one I hope is not true.
How can you, the chronic pain sufferer, help change the medical community’s resistance to pain elimination? A good place to start is by demanding that your doctor(s) take a look at the research done and the publications on the Rothbarts Foot and PreClinical Clubfoot Deformity and on Rothbart Proprioceptive Therapy – the only therapy that permanently eliminates chronic pain.
Another thing you can do is share this post on Twitter and Facebook, spreading the good news that people don’t have to suffer a lifetime filled with chronic pain. It can be eliminated!
Reading the Curing Chronic Pain website will give you more information about the abnormal foot structures Professor/Dr. Rothbart discovered that cause many forms of chronic muscle and joint pain and help you determine whether an Initial Phone Consultation with him might be helpful.
