Chronic muscle and joint pain is a problem of mind bending proportions and as a result, millions and millions of dollars are being spent every year in pain management. But all this money, time and effort is wasted; as chronic pain sufferers – like you – are still in chronic pain. What’s stopping them – and what’s stopping you – from getting well?
Let’s start with the road you’re currently treading. If you’re reading this article, you’re probably living in pain and misery and when you go see your doctor, the only advice you hear is; take drugs or have surgery.
You might have taken their advice, yet your pain continues – it might even be worse. You’re depressed, have little hope left and feel continuous thoughts of suicide.
In a nutshell, does this sound like what’s happening in your life?
The problem is; if you keep doing the same thing, you’ll keep getting the same result.
Stop Doing What’s Keeping You In Pain And Start Doing What Will Get You Well
Over the past many years I’ve been talking, writing, lecturing and teaching about chronic muscle and joint pain, pandemic in the world today. In this website, you’ll find numerous articles – all written in layman terms – on the common cause of chronic pain and how you can effectively, noninvasively and permanently eliminate (not merely manage) your chronic pain for good!
But what amazes me is that, of all the articles I’ve written, the ones that are most read are those in which I talk about why the heels of your shoes wear down.
I explain that if you have one of two abnormal foot structures – Rothbarts Foot or PreClinical Clubfoot Deformity – your feet will twist. Your foot twist will unevenly wear down your shoe heels. And wearing certain styles of shoes (such as high heels or soft soled sneakers) will cause your feet to twist even more.
If you have an abnormal foot structure, not only are the heels of your shoes unevenly wearing down; more importantly, this is most likely what’s causing your chronic pain.
So learning about shoes and heel wear patterns is a good place to start, but you can’t stop there, as this knowledge is not going to get you out of pain. You need to take the next step.
That next step is to learn about the Rothbarts Foot and PreClinical Clubfoot Deformity and the therapy that has been proven, time and time again, to eliminate chronic pain in even the most severe cases. This means you!
If you have chronic pain, the articles you need to read would be about:
- how to get rid of debilitating back pain (so bad you can’t even lift your children)
- how to get rid of dysfunctional knees (which, when you climb stairs, the pain brings tears to your eyes)
- how to get rid of horrible neck pain (at times so severe you want to tear your head off your shoulders).
You will find these articles – as well as articles about foot pain, joint pain, hip pain, etc. – under the categories of Chronic Back Pain, Chronic Knee Pain, Chronic Hip Pain, Chronic Foot Pain, etc. Please read them. I write them for you.
